This Friday I will be participating in the new Funky Friday's @ Artisan's Cove. Marguerite has done a wonderful job with this new place. The are gardens, water features, art gallery, and a horse! There will be food and snow cones. What a wonderful way to spend a Friday evening. This is the first of many to come, so I am excited to see how it goes. If you are out come on by and say hi. I would love to see you.

Art on Main this Sat, Jun 6th 10-2pm

This weekend I will be participating in Madison Alabama's Art on Main. It is a local art show held the first Sat of each month from now through Sept. from 10 until 2pm. I am really looking forward to it. It is supposed to be a beautiful day and I think my family may be coming in town. My friend Angie True at http://pickmybrainsart.blogspot.com/ will also be participating. So if you all are out and about, stop by and say hi. Ahhh, sitting under an art tent, talking and painting all day....how much better can it get than that?

Monte Sano was a Blast!

Thanks to everyone who came out today for the Monte Sano Art Show, even though it was raining a little. It turned out to be a beautiful day full of laughter, fun and interesting new people. Here are a few pictures from the show and paintings that sold. My sweet hubby had the time of his life ;) well almost. But, I could not do these shows without him. Thanks sweetie for always being there for me.

A big shout out to the guys who are re-modeling their kitchen, the lady who fell in love with the magnolias, and the guy who saw me painting the avocados and had to have them(sorry no pic of them, i just painted them today). I hope that you all enjoy your new paintings for many many years to come. Thanks!
